Questions before you order

What does Devadhi make?

Devadhi makes handcrafted articles for Laddu Gopal seva: singhasan (thrones), jhula (swings) and decorative sofas for the Laddu Gopal murti, also known as Bal Gopal or Kanha ji. Every piece is finished by hand.

What is a singhasan, jhula and sofa?

A singhasan is a throne or seat, a jhula is a swing, and a sofa is a small cushioned seat (aasan). Each is used in daily seva to place and adorn your Laddu Gopal.

Is the Laddu Gopal murti included?

No. Our singhasan, jhula and sofa are sold as the article only. The Laddu Gopal murti is not included.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product lists the sizes it comes in, for example the sofas are made in 8 inch and 10 inch. Choose the size to suit your Laddu Gopal murti; the dimensions and cushion details are noted on every product page.
