Welcome to Devadhi. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

About us. This website is operated by Devadhi Supermart Pvt. Ltd., Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Throughout the site the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Devadhi.

Products. We sell handcrafted articles for Laddu Gopal seva, including poshak, jhula and singhasan. Product photographs are as accurate as we can make them. As pieces are finished by hand, small natural variations in colour and finish can occur. Murti and, unless clearly stated, poshak are not included with jhula, singhasan and similar pieces.

Pricing. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may update prices and product details at any time without notice.

Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we cannot deliver to your location. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

Payment. Orders are currently accepted through Cash on Delivery. You pay the courier at the time of delivery.

Shipping and returns. Delivery and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Refund and Return Policy.

Intellectual property. The content on this site, including images, text and the Devadhi name and logo, belongs to us and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Limitation of liability. Our articles are made for seva and decorative use. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental loss arising from the use of our products or this website.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Ahmedabad, India.
